We have over 25 years experience of hosting websites, so we can help you choose the plan that’s right for you. Our care plans include both hosting and support and we have three different levels to suit your needs, plus a Support Plan for extra peace of mind.

£25 per month
Shared web hosting
Your website will be hosted on a large, high-performace server system alongside a number of other websites.
SSL Certificate
It is now best practice for all websites to support secure connections using SSL and we include a secure certificate in all hosting plans.
Wordpress updates
We take care of any software updates needed to keep WordPress running smoothly.
Theme and Plugin updates
Your WordPress website has a theme that controls its layout and appearance. Themes usually have frequent updates to keep them safe and secure.
Plugins are extra software modules that do useful things on your website (like cookie notices for example).
We take care of updates to the theme and all the plugins and make sure that everything plays nice together after updating.
Domain based email address
A business email address like name@yourdomain.com looks a lot more professional and is much easier for your customers to remember than fluffykins83@hotmail.com.
Google Search Console
We register your website with Google Search Console which means that Google collects data about how people find your site, what search terms they use and how often your site is presented in search results. This can help you write better blog posts aimed at reaching your target audience.
Weekly backups
A full backup of your site is taken weekly – great for static brochure sites that are not updated very often.

Virtual Private Server (VPS)
A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a dedicated, isolated part of a much larger server system. A website running on a VPS has specific server resources (processor, memory, storage) reserved for and dedicated to that website and no other. This provides higher performance and additional security over and above shared web hosting.

Discounted Support Option
For peace of mind, add a support option to your care plan at a discounted rate of £15/month for up to one hour of our time, making your Care Plan + Support price £54/month.
This covers minor changes such as swapping out fixed images or text, page layout changes, updating products or categories and other small updates that can be done within one hour.
Please note, support time does not rollover to the next month if not used.

What if you need more help?
Our website care plans are all about ensuring that your website is running smoothly.
But businesses are always growing and evolving, so our Support Plan is an add-on that gives you access to our expertise in a way that makes sense for you.
It’s there for consultancy, campaigns and makeovers – things that you don’t have the time or expertise to do yourself. For example:
- updates to locked areas of the site such as headers and footers and menus
- bulk updates to products such as setting up a sale or implementing an annual price increase
- creating, sending and monitoring a monthly email campaign
- producing a quarterly sales catalogue or wholesale line sheet

We only offer a limited number of support plans to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
Domain Management
Choosing a name for your business can often be a challenge, dependent on what domains are available. We can help you search for a suitable domain, register and manage it for you.
You may want to reserve a domain that is similar to one you already have, or choose variations such as .org, .net, etc to prevent someone else passing off as your business.
We can help with all aspects of domain management, including
- registration
- redirects
- domain based email
- holding pages
- renewals
We can also set up sub-domains if that is appropriate, often used for private password protected areas of a website.
